Comprehensive Plan
The updated Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Town Board on August 12, 2024. The final version is available here on the Town website. Thank you to the Lewisboro community for your participation in this multi-year process!
Congratulations to the Lewisboro community – in May 2025 the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation will be presenting the Town of Lewisboro with the Planning Achievement Award for the outstanding work and community engagement that went into updating the Comprehensive Plan.
Zoning Code Amendments
In April 2025, Lewisboro approved several Zoning Code amendments that were developed alongside the updated Comprehensive Plan and included in the final stages of the public outreach & engagement process.
